Shirley Chao

With nearly two decades of experience in the retirement and pension industry, Shirley Chao specialized in delivering innovative solutions for pension plan administration, consulting, and investment management.

Prior to joining Idealist Capital, Mrs. Chao began her career at Aon, followed by the role of principal at Normandin Beaudry. She served as the lead consultant in collaboration with one of the leading insurance companies, delivering administrative services for a hybrid pension plan of one of the biggest pension plans in Quebec. Additionally, she provided consulting services to clients in the private, multi-employers and public sectors within various legislations.

Mrs. Chao brings strong organizational skills and extensive professional experience in managing complex projects and operations.
