Leslie Raenden

Ms Leslie Raenden was until 2021 Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Power Energy Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Power Corporation of Canada. She also held the position of board member and Chair of the audit committee of Potentia Renewables and Nautilus Solar. In her role, she was actively involved in the financial and legal due diligence of all key investments completed by Power Energy Corporation, including Lion Electric, Lumenpulse, Potentia Renewables and Nautilus Solar, as well as the financial and operational oversight of those investments.

Since 1991, Ms Raenden held several positions in  finance,, accounting and partnership management within Power Corporation group. Prior to Power Energy Corporation she was Executive Vice President, CFO and director at Power Technology Investment Corporation. Before joining the Power Corporation group, Ms. Raenden worked at Deloitte in the audit and assurance department between 1986 and 1991.
